You can find QMK developers and users on our main Discord server. There are specific channels in the server for chatting about the firmware, Toolbox, hardware, and configurator.
The official QMK forum is /r/olkb on reddit.com.
You can open an issue on GitHub. This is especially handy when your issue will require long-term discussion or debugging.
