feat: add basic emacs verilog configuration

feat: add nil nix lsp to devshell

chore: remove not used stuff from emacs config, temporarily disable haskell

Fixed an error in the config, where there wasn't
closed block.

The haskell integration doesn't work with newest packages,
because of some changes in the flymake I presume.
