This behavior has been changed recently it seems as bluetooth stopped
automatically starting, this reverts the behavior.

feat: Switch back to power profiles daemon

Unfortunately tlp doesn't seem stable on my laptop.
Maybe this could be resolved by changing the configuration,
but I was unable to find what is the issue.
