[Keyboard] adding support for new keyboard Dawn (#11564)

* initial commit Dawn keyboard

* fixing some matrix

* final tweaks to keymaps and info.json layout

* fix info.json missing delimiter

* missing elements in info.json layout, resolved through lint

* fixed missing link image in readme

* Update keyboards/mechstudio/dawn/readme.md
