Subject: [PATCH] gnu: python-narwhals: Update to 2.15.0.

* gnu/packages/python-science.scm (python-narwhals): Update to 2.15.0.
[propagated-inputs]: Add python-duckdb, python-packaging, and python-rich.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-duckdb.
