gnu: python-glob2: Switch to pyproject.

* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-glob2)[build-system]: Switch to
pyproject-build-system.
[native-inputs]: Add python-pytest. and python-setuptools-next.
[arguments] <#:phases>: Add fixes for pytest 8.
