gnu: python-pytest-isort: Switch to pyproject.

* gnu/packages/python-check.scm (python-pytest-isort):
[source]: Switch to git-fetch.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]: Remove them.
[native-inputs]: Add python-poetry-core.
[home-page]: Refresh.
