gnu: trytond-gis: Update to 7.0.1 and switch to pyproject.

* gnu/packages/tryton.scm(trytond-gis): Update to 7.0.1. [build-system]
Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments][tests]: Disable tests.
[arguments][phases]: Fix module name argument.
[native-inputs]: Add python-psycopg2.
