gnu: stackistry: Use G-Expressions.

* gnu/packages/astronomy.scm (stackistry): Update package style by using
G-Expressions. Apply indention.
[arguments]<#:tests?>: Use it instead of deleting check phase.
<#:phases>: Remove trailing #f from each lambda.
