* gnu/packages/python-compression.scm (python-python-snappy): Update to 0.7.3.
[source] <pypi-uri>: Adjust name according to PyPI archive.
[arguments] <test-backend>: Use 'unittest.
<phases>: Use default 'check.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-pytest; add python-cramjam and
python-setuptools.
