Subject: [PATCH] gnu: python-slurm-magic: Switch to pyproject.

* gnu/packages/parallel.scm (python-slurm-magic):
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]: Improve style, modernize with gexps and
seaerch-input-file.
<#:tests?>: Disable them.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools.
