gnu: cdparanoia: Don't use patchelf.

* gnu/packages/cdrom.scm (cdparanoia): Remove 'patchelf' from inputs.
  [arguments]: Remove #:modules, #:imported-modules and #:phases.  Pass
  'LDFLAGS=-Wl,-rpath=...' as #:configure-flags.
  [origin]: Add 'snippet'.
