Subject: [PATCH] gnu: python-django-sekizai: Enable tests.

* gnu/packages/django.scm (python-django-sekizai)[build-system]: Use
pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]: Use Gexp. Remove '#:tests? #f' and override the 'check'
phase.
[home-page]: Follow redirect.
