gnu: linux-libre: Remove '--strip-all' argument.

* gnu/packages/linux.scm (linux-libre)[arguments]: Remove
  #:strip-flags, which led to unloadable modules.  This reverts
  commit 9ca7eaa1.
  [build-phase]: Add INSTALL_MOD_STRIP=1.
