doc: Mention xdot.

* doc/guix.texi (Invoking guix graph): Mention xdot.  Remove a couple of
"| dot -Tpdf" in examples and add "| xdot".
(Invoking guix system): Likewise.
(Preparing to Use the Bootstrap Binaries): Likewise.
