gnu: video: Add 'bash' input for 'wrap-program'.

It is required for cross-compilation.

* gnu/packages/video.scm
(pipe-viewer)[inputs]: Add 'bash-minimal'.
(vlc): Remove trailing #t.
(youtube-viewer)[inputs]: Likewise.
(openshot)[inputs]: Likewise.
(gaupol)[inputs]: Likewise.
(get-iplayer)[inputs]: Likewise.
