gnu: libuv: Update to 1.4.2.

* gnu/packages/libevent.scm (libuv): Update to 1.4.2.  Update source URI.
  Add 'file-name' field to origin.  Move 'autogen' phase after 'unpack'.
  Run "sh autogen.sh" instead of "./autogen.sh".
