Subject: [PATCH] gnu: python-epc: Update to 0.0.5-0.f3673ae.

* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-epc): Update to 0.0.5-0.f3673ae.
[source]: Switch to git-fetch.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]<#:test-backend>: Set it.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools.  Replace python-nose by
python-pynose.
