* gnu/packages/mpi.scm (make-scorep): Update to 9.0.
[source]: Update URI.
[inputs]: Add cubew, gotcha, libbfd, libiberty.
[native-inputs]: Remove cube.
[arguments]<#:configure-flags>: Adapt.
