Subject: [PATCH] gnu: python-blis: Update to 1.2.1.

* gnu/packages/maths.scm (python-blis): Update to 1.2.1.
[arguments] <phases>: Remove 'build-ext; add 'remove-local-blis - less
re-build is better.
[propagated-inputs]: Remove python-numpy.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-wheel; add python-numpy-2.
