Subject: [PATCH] gnu: Clean up merge errors.

* gnu/packages/gstreamer.scm (gst-plugins-base, gst-plugins-good,
gst-plugins-bad, gst-plugins-ugly, gst-editing-services, python-gst): Use
standard meson instead of non-existing meson-0.63.
