[source]: Switch to git-fetch.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]<#:tests?>: Set it.
[home-page]: Refresh it.
[native-inputs]: Add python-pytest, python-setuptools.
[description]: Improve style.
