Subject: [PATCH] gnu: python-meshio: Update to 5.3.5.

* gnu/packages/simulation.scm (python-meshio): Update to 5.3.5.
[source]: Remove snippet.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools.
[propagated-inputs]: Remove python-importlib-metadata.
[inputs, description]: Improve style.
