gnu: ruby-ruby-memcheck: Use non-interactive valgrind.

Use valgrind rather than valgrind/interactive, as this doesn't have gdb as an
input, which makes it easier to update gdb.

* gnu/packages/ruby.scm (ruby-ruby-memcheck)[inputs]: Use valgrind.
