Subject: [PATCH] gnu: python-promise: Update to 2.3.0.

* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-promise): Update to 2.3.0.
[source]: Switch to git-fetch.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]<#:test-flags>: Ignore failing tests.
[native-inputs]: Add python-mock, python-pytest,
python-pytest-asyncio, python-setuptools.
[propagated-inputs]: Add python-six.
[description]: Improve style.
