records: Use keyword parameters for 'make-syntactic-constructor'.

* guix/records.scm (define-record-type*)[make-syntactic-constructor]:
  Turn THUNKED and DEFAULTS into keyword arguments.
  Adjust caller accordingly.  Declare 'thunked' and 'defaults' local
  variables.
