gnu: python-ppmd-cffi: Switch to pyproject.

* gnu/packages/python-compression.scm (python-ppmd-cffi)
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments] <test-flags>: Skip one test.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-hypothesis and python-coverage; add
python-setuptools.
