gnu: syncthing-gtk: Remove librsvg input

* gnu/packages/syncthing.scm (syncthing-gtk)[inputs]: Remove LIBRSVG as GTK+
propagates LIBRSVG-BOOTSTRAP. This fixes a startup error due to two LIBRSVG
being in GI_TYPELIB_PATH.
