gnu: python-google-crc32c: Add crc32c input.

A warning highlighted that our previous version was not using the
native implementation but the slower python one.  This commit fixes
it.

* gnu/packages/python-crypto.scm (python-google-crc32c)[inputs]: Add
crc32c.
