gnu: python-zbarlight: Fix tests.

* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-zbarlight)[source]: Switch to
git-fetch providing tests.
[propagated-inputs]: Remove python-setuptools.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-wheel; add python-pytest and
python-setuptools.
