gnu: openssh: Remove libfido2 dependency on GNU/Hurd.

* gnu/packages/ssh.scm (openssh)[inputs]: Remove LIBFIDO2 when
'hurd-target?'.
[arguments]: Likewise for "--with-security-key-builtin".
