Subject: [PATCH] gnu: python-ws4py: Update to 0.6.0.

* gnu/packages/python-web.scm (python-ws4py): Update to 0.6.0.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]: Use gexps.
<#:phases>: remove 'python3.7-compatibility phase.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools and python-pytest.
