gnu: python-pylibscrypt: Switch to pyproject.

* gnu/packages/python-crypto.scm (python-pylibscrypt):
[source]: Switch to git-fetch.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments, inputs]: Remove them.
[native-inputs]: Add python-pytest, python-setuptools, python-wheel.
[description]: Rewrite it.
