Subject: [PATCH] gnu: python-deeptools: Update to 3.5.6.

* gnu/packages/bioinformatics.scm (python-deeptools): Update to 3.5.6.
[arguments] <test-flags>: Skip one test.
<phases>: Remove 'fix-test.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-wheel.
