gnu: python-colorthief: Do not try to run tests.

* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-colorthief): Tests were absent in
  PyPI or Git.
  [arguments] <tests?>: Disable them.
  [native-inputs]: Remove python-wheel.
