doc: Make 'guix pull' more visible.

* doc/guix.texi (Installation): Mention 'guix pull'.
(Proceeding with the Installation): Mention updates with 'guix pull' and
'guix system reconfigure'.
(Invoking guix pull): Add "updating" to the concept index.
