gnu: python-suntime: Fix tests.

* gnu/packages/astronomy.scm (python-suntime)[source]: Switch to
git-fetch providing tests.
[arguments] <test-flags>: Provide the path to the test file.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-wheel; add python-pytest.
