gnu: kiwix-desktop: Switch to Qt6.

Incidentally this fixes the build.

* gnu/packages/web.scm (kiwix-desktop)[inputs]: Remove qtbase-5,
qtdeclarative-5, qtwebchannel-5, qtwebengine-5, and qtwayland-5;
add qtbase, qtdeclarative, qtwebchannel, qtwebengine, and qtwayland.
[native-inputs]: Remove qtbase-5; add qtbase.
