* gnu/packages/python-science.scm (python-pynrrd): Update to 1.0.0.
[arguments]: Keep 'ensure-no-mtimes-pre-1980 phase as it's building with
it successfully.
[propagated-inputs]: Add python-nptyping and python-typing-extensions.
