gnu: python-axolotl-curve25519: Fix build.

* gnu/packages/python-crypto.scm (python-axolotl-curve25519)[build-system]:
Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools and python-wheel.
[arguments]: Add relax-gcc-14-strictness phase.
