gnu: python-django-contrib-comments: Update to 2.2.0.

* gnu/packages/django.scm (python-django-contrib-comments): Update to 2.2.0.
[source]: Switch to git-fetch.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]: Set <#:test-backend>, <#:test-flags>.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools, tzdata-for-tests.
[propagated-inputs]: Remove python-six.
