gnu: python-construct: Switch to pyproject.

* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-construct):
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]<#:phases>: Remove 'check phase.
<#:test-flags>: Ignore benchmark tests.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools.  Remove
python-pytest-benchmark.
