* gnu/packages/video.scm (ffmpeg-7): Update to 7.1.1.
[phases] {configure}: Don't expect a space in shebang lines; the spaces
were removed in FFmpeg commit 67e2f8b6bf5a44fa8083f90096de6131601879b4.
[native-inputs]: Replace yasm with nasm.
