gnu: trytond-currency-rs: Update to 7.0.0 and switch to pyproject.

* gnu/packages/tryton.scm(trytond-currency-rs): Update to 7.0.0.
[build-system] Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]: Fix module name argument. Disable tests requiring network.
[propagated-inputs]: Remove lxml.
