* gnu/packages/lean.scm (python-mathlibtools):
[source]: Switch to git-fetch.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]<#:test-flags>: Disable failing tests.
[native-inputs]: Add python-pytest, python-setuptools.
