Subject: [PATCH] gnu: python-stltools: Switch to pyproject, refresh style.

* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-stltools): Use G-Expressions.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments] <phases>: Use default 'check.

[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools.
