Subject: [PATCH] gnu: python-mt-940: Update to 4.30.0.

* gnu/packages/finance.scm (python-mt-940): Update to 4.30.0.
[source]: Switch to git-fetch.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]<#:phases>: Replace them with <#:test-flags>.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools.  Remove python-flake8.
