gnu: python-pytest-subtests: Update to 0.14.2.

* gnu/packages/python-check.scm (python-pytest-subtests): Update to 0.14.2.
  [build-system]: Use pyproject.
  [arguments] <phases>: Use default 'check.
  [propagated-inputs]: Add python-attrs.
  [native-inputs]: Remove python-pytest; add python-pytest-bootstrap,
  python-setuptools, and python-wheel.
