* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (dosage): Update to 3.1.
[build-system]: Use pyproject-build-system.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-pytest-cov. Add python-pytest,
python-setuptools, python-wheel.
[propagated-inputs]: Remove python-cached-property, python-colorama,
python-importlib-metadata, python-six. Add python-platformdirs,
python-rich.
