* gnu/packages/check.scm (python-codecov): Update to 2.1.13.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments] <tests?>: No tests in PyPI archive.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-unittest2; add python-setuptools.
